Previous information:

• We must receive a medical release form signed by a doctor authorizing that you are healthy and physically capable of such a trip.
• You must have health insurance that covers helicopter rescue in case of injury or sign our responsibility waiver.
• We also need your visa information.
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your space.
• The remaining must be paid in cash in US$ or in brand new goods (ask us) upon arrival in Brazil. (no checks or credit)
